The bestselling author and creator of the hit Netflix drama The Stranger exposes a different side of sports agent Myron Bolitar in this explosive thriller....

When former tennis star Suzze T and her rock star husband, Lex, encounter an anonymous Facebook post questioning the paternity of their unborn child, Lex runs off. Suzze, who is eight months pregnant, asks their agent, Myron Bolitar, to save her marriage—and perhaps her husband’s life. But when Myron finds Lex, he also finds someone he wasn’t looking for: his sister-in-law, Kitty, who, along with Myron’s brother, abandoned the Bolitar family long ago.

As Myron races to locate his missing brother while their father clings to life, he must face the lies that led to the estrangement—including the ones told by Myron himself....

  • This one a disappointment

I like Coban's books usually. But this one had a really convoluted plot, and very poor character development. I did not enjoy reading it. I forced it because I bought it. One this one, I say save your money.

This was one of my favorite Myron Bolitar stories! Hard to put any of them down, especially this one.

I loved this book, but was heart broken in the end as it seems this is the end of the Myron Bolitar series. The characters in this book are some of my most favorite ever. Highly recommend the book - it's a great read. Cindy Demme

I was slightly disappointed, story was slow and hard to keep my interest. I have read better books by Coban.

I love all of his books and I tear through them and can't wait for the next. This is the first book I didn't love. It just didn't get me involved and it fell kinda' flat. Still can't wait for his next book! Always a huge fan!

I always enjoy his books with all of his colorful characters. Read this book over a 2 day period and enjoyed every minute of it.
  • Not his best

I always love Coben's novels. Especially the Myron Bolitar series and the hilariously witty dialogue between Myron and Win. But this latest in the series was disappointingly thin. I didn't feel like I got enough involvement with the characters, or that enough information was given to make me get interested in the plot. It was like the Reader's Digest condensed version instead of the full version. Hope his next one is about a hundred pages thicker and a bit more involving.
